Project Sonoma Android app spotted in Playstore (microsoft Acquired one more startup?)- Updated

We have spotted a Microsoft  app in android app store  named Project Sonoma. This app descriptions states
The one-stop app for deskless workers. See when you’re next scheduled to work. Get important on-the-job info. Chat with your teammates. And more. All from your phone.

As mentioned this is an app for business but beautifully designed.  And if you check the Id of  this app you can see it contain a part "shiftr". When I googled it I could find more of this. Shiftr was a startup (as per angel co) founded by Ludek Dolejsky and Adrian Dean . The description on above link matches with playstore listing description.   Its website is not functional now. So my best guess is Microsoft quietly acquired this startup. It is not a garage app anyway as it mentions
If the business you work for has signed up to participate, you can install and start using the app right away. If not, get on our waitlist. We’ll let you know when the app is ready for you.
So it can be part of Office 365 suite and sometimes may be part of the up coming Dynamics 365 suite.

Update
An iOS app also spotted . Cheers :)

Update 2

Techcrunch has  reported that Microsoft denied the acquisition news. Here is their statement
Project Sonoma is an app we are testing with a limited group of customers that lets employees view and manage their work shifts from their phone. People whose company has signed up to participate during the testing phase can install and use the app. We are not disclosing the names or number of companies participating in the test.
We’re always building and incubating new solutions to help people get more done, and we don’t have any availability timelines or details to share at this time. We can confirm that Project Sonoma has been developed internally by Microsoft from the ground up and is not based on an acquisition.
